Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and n33. By creating an Account on the n33 Platform, depositing funds, or engaging in any gaming activity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with: (a) the n33 Privacy Policy; (b) the n33 Responsible Gaming Policy; (c) any game-specific rules published on the Platform; and (d) any bonus or promotion terms communicated to you at the time an offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplemental rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you access the n33 Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms. n33 shall not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access or third-party use of your Account.

Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and use the n33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a resident of the Philippines and are accessing the Platform from within Philippine territory.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are not listed on any exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any equivalent regulatory body.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or contractor of n33 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person.
• You are not an employee of PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority in the Philippines.
• You have not previously had an n33 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.

Registration Requirements

When registering for an n33 Account, you must:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address.
• Submit valid Philippine government-issued identification for KYC purposes. Accepted documents include: UMID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, and SSS ID.
• Maintain only one (1) registered Account. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change, particularly your contact number and banking details.

n33 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Account Obligations

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your n33 Account. You must take all reasonable steps to protect your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication.

• You must not share your password, OTP codes, or any other authentication credentials with any other person, including n33 staff members. n33 will never ask for your password.
• You must notify n33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or that your credentials have been compromised.
• You must not allow any other person to use your Account. Each Account is personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals initiated from your Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you, unless you have reported a compromise as set out above and n33 has confirmed the report in writing.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the Platform except as expressly permitted in writing by n33.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to the n33 Wallet must be made through approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

• Minimum single deposit: ₱100.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply per account tier and per payment method. Limits are displayed during the deposit flow.
• Deposits from third parties — accounts not registered in your name — are prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed without notice and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• n33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). n33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of verified withdrawable balances from your n33 Wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200. Maximum per-transaction withdrawal limits apply per account tier.
• Withdrawals are processed to your registered and verified GCash or Maya account only. n33 does not process withdrawals to unverified third-party accounts.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to 2 business hours.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. The withdrawable balance excludes any portion of the wallet balance that constitutes uncleared bonus funds.
• n33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals, which may extend processing times.

Bonuses & Promotions

n33 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. Participation in any promotion is voluntary. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless superseded by specific promotion terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonus offers are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in individual promotion terms.
• n33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel credited bonuses, and withhold related winnings if fraudulent, abusive, or bonus-exploiting activity is detected. This includes (but is not limited to) low-risk betting patterns designed to convert bonus funds with minimal risk.
• Bonuses obtained through multiple accounts, false information, or unauthorized means will be voided, and the Account suspended.
• All promotional offers are subject to a time limit. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not converted by the expiry date will be forfeited.

n33 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already accepted and in progress.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the n33 Platform are operated in accordance with their published rules and applicable PAGCOR regulations. By participating in any game, you accept the rules of that game as published on the Platform at the time of play.

• Live casino games are subject to real-time physical processes (card dealing, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) conducted by certified live dealers. The results of these games are final once the dealer announces the outcome, except in cases of confirmed technical fault.
• Slot and other RNG-based games use certified random number generator technology. All RNG systems used on n33 are independently audited. RTP percentages for all slot titles are available on the respective game information pages.
• In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a gaming session, n33 will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session. Where reconstruction is not possible, the bet will be voided and the wager amount returned to your Wallet.
• n33 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome found to have resulted from a software error, exploit, or technical fault that produced results inconsistent with normal gameplay parameters.
• Bets placed after the official close of a betting window — whether due to a software lag or otherwise — will be voided without compensation.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a formal dispute within 72 hours of the affected session by contacting [email protected] with your Account details, the game session ID, and the nature of the dispute. n33 will investigate using full session records and respond within 5 business days. The decision of n33 following such investigation is final.

Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n33 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years, or assisting any minor to access the Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using false, stolen, or unverified identification documents during KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner without express written consent from n33.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error are void.
• Colluding with other players in live table games or any game where other players' actions affect outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a deposit transaction with your payment provider after it has been credited to your n33 Wallet and used in gaming activity.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other geographic masking technology to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing n33 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account or any Account credits to another person.

Intellectual Property

All content on the n33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, sound effects, video streams, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of n33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include: any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content; any downloading, scraping, or systematic collection of Platform data; any modification, copying, reproduction, or redistribution of any Platform content; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar extraction tools.

The n33 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of n33. No licence to use n33's trademarks is granted by these Terms or otherwise by your use of the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

The n33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, n33 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of game results, the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

n33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform for any reason, including scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or transmissions.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code that may be transmitted through the Platform by any third party.
• Errors or omissions in any Platform content, or loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Platform.

In all circumstances, n33's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits n33's liability for death or personal injury caused by n33's gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data

Your use of the n33 Platform is subject to n33's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail how n33 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission.

By registering for an n33 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including your name, contact information, government ID data, transaction records, and gaming history, for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

Your personal data will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties. n33 shares data with payment processors, KYC verification partners, game software providers, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations. Responsible Gaming

n33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gaming is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means to generate income, solve financial problems, or compensate for emotional distress.

In accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and n33's own policies, the following tools are available to all verified n33 Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Configure alerts that remind you of the time elapsed during a gaming session at intervals you choose.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net-loss thresholds per day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, gaming is automatically suspended for the period.
• Temporary Cooling-Off: Suspend your Account and all gaming access for a period of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 180 days. Cooling-off periods begin immediately and cannot be reversed before expiry.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration. This option is irreversible. Remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

Suspension & Termination

n33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe after a request is made.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with your Account.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by you or your payment provider after funds have been credited and used for gaming.
• A request from PAGCOR, a court order, or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Your election to self-exclude or as part of the responsible gaming intervention process.

Upon suspension or termination for breach, n33 may withhold and forfeit any balance in your Wallet pending investigation. If investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from bonus activity during the period under investigation will be forfeited in all cases of confirmed breach.

You may close your n33 Account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified withdrawable balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the n33 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the applicable dispute resolution procedures of PAGCOR shall first be exhausted before recourse to court proceedings, where required by applicable regulation.

Amendments to These Terms

n33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address or mobile number on file at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or by regulatory direction from PAGCOR, in which case changes take effect immediately.

The current version of the Terms, with its effective date, will always be available at n33.asia/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the n33 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 13.
